Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Predixion account and the data associated with it. Predixion is published by DWT Systems Ltd. You can delete your account directly inside the app in a few seconds, or ask us to delete it for you by email.

01Delete your account in the app

The quickest way is from within Predixion:

Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm on the warning dialog by tapping Delete my account.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone.

02Ask us to delete it for you

If you cannot access the app, email legal@predixion.app from the email address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days, and sooner where possible.

03What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your profile: name, email address, date of birth (if provided) and profile photo
Your predictions, scores and season statistics
Your membership of every league you belong to
Your push notification token and device identifiers
Your sign-in credentials, so the account can no longer be used to log in

If you are the only member of a league, that league and all of its data are deleted with your account. If you are a league's admin but other members remain, admin is transferred to another member so the league continues.

04What is kept, and why

League chat messages you posted remain visible to your league as part of its shared history, but they are no longer linked to your name or profile.
Records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction and tax records relating to subscription payments, are retained for as long as the law requires. Card and payment details are held by Apple and Google, not by us.

05Timeframe

Your account and personal data are removed from our live systems immediately when you delete in the app, or within 30 days of an email request. Copies held in encrypted backups are purged within a further 30 days.

06Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed by the app store, so cancel yours separately: on Android, open the Google Play Store app, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions; on iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
