This Privacy Policy explains how DWT Systems Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the Predixion mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

01Data controller

DWT Systems Ltd is the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR.

02Data we collect

We collect the following personal data when you use the App:

Account information: your name and email address when you register
Profile data: your chosen home football team, per league
Date of birth: optionally provided by you to enable the birthday celebration feature, which notifies other members of your league on your birthday. This is entirely optional and can be added or changed at any time from your profile screen.
Usage data: your predictions, scores and league participation
Device data: device type and operating system for app functionality
Push notification token: a device token used to deliver push notifications to your device
Payment data: subscription status only. Payment processing is handled by Apple and Google, so we do not store card details.

Contract performance: to provide the services you have signed up for
Legitimate interests: to improve the App and prevent fraud
Consent: for optional features such as push notifications and date of birth

05Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, hosted in the European Union (London, europe-west2 region). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

06Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

07Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right of access: to request a copy of your personal data
Right to rectification: to request correction of inaccurate data
Right to erasure: to request deletion of your personal data
Right to restrict processing
Right to data portability
Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests

08Third-party services

Google Firebase (EU): authentication, database and cloud functions
Apple App Store: subscription payment processing
Google Play: subscription payment processing
Adapty: subscription management (EU data hosting)
Resend: transactional email delivery
API-Football: football fixture and results data (no personal data shared)

09Push notifications

We may send you push notifications about prediction deadlines, results and league activity. You can opt out at any time through your device settings.

10Children's privacy

The App is not intended for use by persons under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email.
